An excellent all-purpose fining for beer or wine. Clears 12-48 hours after adding to the secondary fermenter. Contains kieselsol and chitosan. This product is derived from shellfish.
Super Clear is simple to use and in 2-3 days the wine is clear. I have white grapes/wine and can see my hand clearly on opposite side of bottle using Super Clear. Highly recommend it.
