A blend of juice concentrates, corn syrup, citric acid and natural flavor designed to make a fermentable base for a watermelon wine blend at 18.6 Brix. The product is blended, pasteurized and can be stored at ambient temperature.

Fair Price, Fast delivery, easy to step by step process. Jug says watermelon but once you read label closely contains peach and apple as well. some may like this but i preferred to have all watermelon flavor. Taste good but i wouldn't say it taste like watermelon as if you made wine from fresh watermelon. I can say this with experience because i made wine from fresh watermelon and this fruit base doesn't taste like fresh fruit. Overall very good just don't expect to taste like watermelon fruit.
