Had my first two bottles of the radical red last night the beer came out perfect,all I did was follow the directions thanks I’ll be purchasing soon.

Nice - even tho' I messed up the brew

Novice brewer and I had a brain cramp and messed up my brew day - added hops before the LME, and cut the cook time short as a result. I wasn't sure what the end result would be like - too hoppy? Too...something wrong? But, it turned out fine. Nice, crisp, drinkable ale. Just cracked open our first bottles this evening - and looking forward to the rest.

Just served up my first time brewing with NB the West Coast Radical Red and it could not have turned out any better. Friends were amazed how great it was. Better than store bought. Very happy and cannot wait to finish this off and start another batch. Thanks NB
