Weyermann® German Dehusked Carafa III Malt
490-560° L. Dehusked Carafa III intensifies the aroma and color of dark beers while contributing very low astringency. Use 1-5%. Ideal for bock, doppelbock, altbier, and especially Schwarzbier. Small amounts can be used for color adjustment in amber beers. Also nice in stouts and porters.

I used this in a narwhal clone stout. Black as the depths of the sea. Tasted the FG sample while bottling: chocolate fudge deliciousness. I know I have to wait for it to condition, Halloween will have some extra treats this year
