The yeast came as described with an ice pack. I brewed with it that weekend after keeping it refrigerated. I just racked the final product to keg today and the FG was spot on with the proper flavor. Simply put, everything was as it should be and now I have good beer.
Banana and clove all the way through. Good stuff
Last time this was my favorite Hefeweizen yeast. I’m brewing it again and it is healthy with a lot of bubbles in my blowoff. Thanks northern brewer
