Never had a problem with Wyeast

Just as Wyeast says of this strain, could become a house yeast. Definitely my go to for darker and or malty brews!

Wyeast 1272- good attenuation

Single pouch with an overnight culture totally over performed and fermented a heavy grain bill to a nice level of dryness with little residual sugar after 7 days. I broke my refractometer so o don’t have numbers on this, but the double IPA is delicious.
