Abbey II Yeast

I started the yeast two days early than brew day. On brew day, after brewing the wort, it took about 3 hours and I was already having activity in the carboy via bubbler. Would recommend. Once bottled, my Belgian Blonde Ale tested like I wanted one month later after cold crashing in the bottle. I was worried two weeks after bottling and cold crashing because the beer was not to my liking. Four weeks later, I am happy with my Northern Brewer Belgian Blonde Ale beer. Will buy again.

The yeast was not good we used it in our brew and it did not work. The package I think it got to warm on the shipping to Florida
