Wyeast 3724 Belgian Saison Yeast
Classic farmhouse ale yeast. Spicy and complex aromatics including bubble gum. Very tart and dry on palate with mild fruit. Finishes crisp and mildly acidic. Benefits from elevated fermentation temperatures. Usually slow to attenuate. Apparent attenuation: 76-80%. Flocculation: low. Optimum temp: 70°-85° F
*NOTE:*During summer months, we include complimentary ice packs with all liquid yeast orders. However, it is difficult to guarantee that the ice packs will stay frozen given transit times and particularly hot temperatures. For this reason, we recommend ordering dry yeast during summer months.

Have used this a couple times for a rye saison. Always brewed during summer when temps are high and I don't have to regulate. Has produced good beers.
When I received the package the ice pack had completely thawed and the yeast was warm. I used it and it still ended up working, just thought you might want to be aware of that. If I hadn’t checked my mail immediately after it arrived the yeast could have died.
Fermenter is a bubbling.
Bought this for a farmhouse style ale. It was exactly what I wanted for this recipe and it came very quick and with excellent packaging that kept the yeast temperature controlled. This worked perfectly for a farmhouse style ale with very nice sour notes. Northern Brewer is my go-to for anything brewing related.
