Wyeast 2112 California Lager Yeast
Wyeast 2112 California Lager is particularly suited for producing 19th century-style West Coast beers.
Retains lager characteristics at temperatures up to 65° F, and produces malty, brilliantly-clear beers. Apparent attenuation: 67-71%. Flocculation: high. Optimum temp: 58°-68° F

Makes lagers at ale temps. I still had to let it sit in the cold keg for a couple weeks before it was truly drinkable - but this yeast allowed me to ferment without the need for temp control. Will use it again soon
worked for the temps i had to work with which was 62 in basement
I did a side by side at 64 degrees f room temp (plus or minus 1 degree) ale with this and 34/70. 2112 made a solid, clean beer. However, 34/70 was more crisp, clean and clear.
Depending what your going for, this yeast could work, but xonsider 34/70 (aka white labs 830, aka wyeast 2124 if I am not mistaken).
Wont complain, made a solid ale. I would like to try at slighly lower temps and see what happens.
My personal favorite. Brew lagers even at semi warm temperatures
