Mixed reactions

First use was great. grain and extract batch. Second time was a complete bust no or little results. With a all grain wort. Most likely, error on my part. Will try again.

ActiveI Plus

I pitched it at about 80 degrees and I'm in day12 and still active. Days 2-8 were crazy. Can't wait to bottle and drink

Best Hybrid Yeast

Cant say enough about how awesome this yeast is. Easy to make clean High attenuating ales that tastes like lagers. Mash Low and slow(145-150F for 90min). Make a healthy starter. Ferment at 55F for a week then up the temp to 63F to finish. Then Immediately cold crash to 34F for 1-2weeks(no Secondary needed) You will be left with super clear, Crisp Lager like beer. If you really hate lagering but love lagers this is the yeast strain to choose.
