UPS failed to deliver my package for three days in the peak of summer heat. When it finally arrived the Yeast was close to 100 degrees.
I was pleased with this product. Yeast was cold upon arrival and I kept it in the fridge for about 2 week. Yeast was still very much active and worked great.
We used this yeast in a braggot. I was very happy with the outcome! One of the best things we have brewed.
Unfortunately, my yeast got "cooked" in delivery and by the time I brewed, there weren't enough active cells to ferment. So, I went to local brew shop and purchased the same yeast. The beer turned out to be quite good, thereafter. Freezer pack didn't hold up in the delivery.
Fresh yeast less than 2 weeks from birth! Well done
