Wyeast 3787 Trappist High Gravity strain is a robust top cropping beer yeast with phenolic character. Wyeast 3787 Trappist High Gravity beer yeast has an alcohol tolerance to 12%. Its ideal for Bi¨re de Garde, as it ferments dry with rich ester profile and a malty palate.

Apparent attenuation: 75-80%. Flocculation: medium. Optimum temp: 64°-78° F

NOTE: During summer months, we include complimentary ice packs with all liquid yeast orders. However, it is difficult to guarantee that the ice packs will stay frozen given transit times and particularly hot temperatures. For this reason, we recommend ordering dry yeast during summer months.

For Belgian trippel, you can’t beat it
