This is good
I used this yeast to brew Northern Brewer’s Bavarian Hefeweizen. This was the first batch I have made using liquid yeast. The results were incredible! I served the beer to two friends and both said the next day “I can’t stop thinking about that beer”. Definitely a must-have for the hefeweizen recipe.
When I received the yeast packet it was already expanding so I couldn’t break the nutrient packet when I brewed.
the yeast performed very well
Great yeast. Is it common to have a bubblegum flavor? Feel like this is happened with a similar yeast strain previously. Maybe fermentation temp created this? Or that will taper off with a couple more weeks in bottle??
