Lid Hatch Leaks
I had problems sealing the "Lid Hatch". Maybe if it had the same stamped style as the Ball Lock Kegs it would have been easier to seal. The top seems to flex too much.

Works but leaks
My wife bought this for me as a Christmas gift. I really like the case and easy to follow instructional video I found online. It is easy to set up, use, and clean. I only have two issues. My unit leaks at two of the connections, not very much, but it is annoying and makes a small mess which I could do without. I'll keep trying to stop the leaks. Also, the instructions say to set the regulator at 1-2 PSI above the desired level. I found that I need to adjust it to 5 points above the desired level to get the carbonation just right.

Happy Customer
I was anxious to try it out and couldn’t wait to get it. Have used it on two batches that came out perfect! Works as advertised and takes the wait out of drinking your finished batch. Love it so far!

Product breaks, and Blichmann will not warranty.
Save your money. This is a piece of junk and Blichmann stinks as a company. I got this as a Christmas present (2017) and during the second use, the motor just crapped out. Blichmann will not service or warranty the QuickCarb either. So save your money. Buy from a reputable company, because after owning several Blichmann products, I have nothing nice to say about them or how cheap, overpriced and unreliable they are.

Great way to get pro results
The quickCarb is a great way to get pro results on your beer or cider. I have used it twice and now wounder where this product was for the home brewer 10 plus years ago. It sure beats rocking your keg back and forth for 20 or 30 minutes and guessing what your end CO2 will come out to. This takes the guess work out, find your keg temp, find your carb level and let it go. You know when equal pressure when the lines are clear.
I love it, now all of my friend that brew want to use it.

Could use some refinement
Love the concept and there's nothing like drinking carbonated beer two weeks after brew day. The crimp-style hose clamps on my unit weren't crimped tightly from the factory, so I had some pretty serious leaks on the maiden voyage. Luckily I tested with water so I didn't waste any beer! Replaced the crimp connectors with standard hose clamps and that solved most of the leak issues. I still have a leak at the gas fitting that I just can't seem to resolve. I finally resigned to the fact that I'm going to lose a bit of beer. I placed the keg in a plastic basin so I don't make a colossal mess on the floor. From a longevity standpoint I'm not sure about the quality of the plastic pump. I've used it twice and it seems to work just fine, but it's not really made to be disassembled for cleaning. In fact, I think the instructions indicate you'll void the warranty if you disassemble the pump.

Make sure to set the CO2 pressure about 2 psi higher than the carbonation chart indicates to account for friction loss in the system. Cheers!

Great products, great for more than just carbonating your beer
Great product can be used for more than carbonating your Homebrew. I found a lot of other uses for a right off the bat great product

Can this be used with a gun for bottling?
A shopper on Sep 6, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I have a different type of bottling device which is a counter pressure bottle filler and not a B Gun. I suspect if you carbonate first in the keg and then use the gun, it may work. Sorry I have no direct experience with the B Gun.
Is an o2 regulator the only piece of equipment needed to use this for oxygenation or is a wand and other equipment needed?
A shopper on Apr 19, 2017
BEST ANSWER: This Is not for oxygenating this it is for force carbonating with co2 more quickly. This product allows you to carbonate finished beer in a keg in about an hour rather than waiting a week or two. It's requires a keg, Co2 tank, and regulator. For oxygenation you should check out another oxygenation kit for around $40.
In order to use this for oxygenation as well is the only piece of equipment needed an o2 regulator or is a wand needed as well?
A shopper on Apr 19, 2017
BEST ANSWER: A wand is not needed, the carb stone can be used for oxygenation of wort.
Can I get one with pin-lock instead of ball lock?
A shopper on Feb 20, 2017
BEST ANSWER: It comes from the manufacturer with only ball lock disconnects. Each pin lock disconnect is affordable and you would want to use your own, the set up would be compatible out of the box with 1/4" MFL disconnects.
Can a brite filter be placed inline with this setup, or will the pump not be strong enough?
