Broad use dry lager yeast

Have not used it yet. Have it in my arsenal of yeast as a backup in case a liquid culture fails to go when making a starter. Expecting this to be a solid performer in almost any classic German style lager, when needed.

Yep

First time using this brand of dried yeast and I was impressed. Very active; finished fermenting five gallons of wert in six days at 54 degrees.
