Trust the warning. Great yeast when it doesn’t get decimated by 100 degree heat.
Worked flawlessly. My AT IPA is interchangeable with local commercial variants (amazingly!).
My fermentation was super active the first 72 hours I have to used a blow off a lot of activity. Beer was fermented in 7 days very happy with the results
We've brewed the same IPA clone with US-05 and now the Wyeast 1318. Both turned out great, but huge flavor difference. I preferred the Wyeast
Been using LA III regularly for my IPAs and has been producing great beers. Always arrives intact and works like a charm!
