Wyeast 1968 London ESB Yeast
Highly flocculant top-fermenting strain with rich, malty character and balanced fruitiness. This strain is so flocculant that additional aeration and agitation is needed. An excellent strain for cask-conditioned ales. Apparent attenuation: 67-71%. Flocculation: high. Optimum temp: 64°-72° F
*NOTE:*During summer months, we include complimentary ice packs will all liquid yeast orders. However, it is difficult to guarantee that the ice packs will stay frozen given transit times and particularly hot temperatures. For this reason, we recommend ordering dry yeast during summer months.

Used this recently for a barleywine and had great results. Started fermenting within hours and got done in about a week. The flavor of the finished product was excellent.
Really good kit as always. In honor of our military capturing and killing a leader of the terrorist group named ISIS I have named this brew Ale BagDEADi. Capped with the American flag I intend to do with this beer like the terrorist al baghdadi and put it down. Thank you to northernbrewer.com
Send me a request in six weeks, after I have had a chance to brew, eh>
In my yeast starter flask, this looked like egg drop soup. I had read the description, but I'm too much of a newb to pay attention to what it actually was saying.
Used it for a the St. Paul Porter extract kit. OG of 1.055 and it brought it down to 1.018 after 1 week.
