Product details

Wyeast 1332 Northwest Ale is one of the classic ale strains from the Northwest U.S. Breweries. Produces a malty and mildly fruity ale with good depth and complexity. Apparent attenuation: 67-71%. Flocculation: high. Optimum temp: 65°-75° F

NOTE: During summer months, we include complimentary ice packs with all liquid yeast orders. However, it is difficult to guarantee that the ice packs will stay frozen given transit times and particularly hot temperatures. For this reason, we recommend ordering dry yeast during summer months.

Sadly the yeast stalled at 1.033. I tried to heat up the wort but it did not continue to ferment. I am stuck with a 3.09 avb

The yeast good but took a little longer to activate than I thought so I was scared it wasn’t viable but all is well!
