Quality Control Issue
Quality has really gone down on these. I still use a few from years back, but the last four or five I have purchased all leaked (or poured) beer, refusing to cut off until I made "modifications" to them. I will be looking for alternatives.

does the job. one thing it could use is a clamp at the dispenser hose connection. mine leaked had to clamp it. other than that good product.

beer had that vinyl taste and smell
The beer line had the vinyl smell and taste that went into the beer. I had to pout about an ounce out first then pout into glass then the beer had no off flavor of vinyl / plastic. First i though it was the new flow control picnic but after taking apart and smelling the tubing - that was the taste and smell i was getting into my beer before pouring an ounce out.

Easy to Use
Only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars, is the smell and taste of the plastic if the beer sits in the line for a while. I find myself drawing off a few ounces and dumping it if I haven't had anything from that line in a couple days. Other than that, all good!

Fine, once I fixed it
Wasn't properly put together when I received it, causing a massive beer spray when I hooked it up to the keg. The top of the ball lock wasn't screwed together properly. Easy enough to fix... after I cleaned my ceiling. ;(

Great low cost alternative to kegerator
If you have a temp controlled freezer and two kids and time is your most important asset, this is a great way to start dispensing draft beer without doing a keezer build. Only complaint is that after you release the dispensing tab, a few drops dribble out. Need to get into the habit of waiting and catching them in the glass or you will end up,with sticky floors or sticky bottom to your freezer. Otherwise, this did exactly what I needed. A quick solution to getting beer out of your keg.

What are the individual parts contained in the foam-free tubing kit (ball lock version SKU# KX05)? I'm looking to buy replacement parts and I'm not exactly sure what size tubing, swivel nut and Oetiker clamps are used in this kit. (SKU's and/or links would be helpful)

Is this polyethylene or vinyl tubing?

BEST ANSWER: It would be vinyl.
What is the best way to clean and sanitize this kind of beer line.
B R on May 14, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Hello,

The best way to clean those lines would be to pump a solution of 1 oz BLC to 1 gallon of warm water into your draft lines, and let it sit for about 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes is up, eject the BLC solution out of your lines, and rinse with warm water. To pump the BLC through your lines, you can either use a hand pump, or put the solution in a keg, and the use CO2 pressure to push the solution. PBW will also work, especially if there isn't a great deal of beer stone or other deposits in the line. I will also run some Star San through my lines after cleaning, especially if they are not going to be used for a while. Here are the links to the recommended products.

I hope that this helps!
