Product details

This 3 gallon glass carboy is airtight, easily sanitized and does not hold an odor, perfect for your home brew beer or homemade wine. Also ideal for smaller batches or for splitting a larger batch to experiment with yeast or dry hopping.

Seal with a Small Universal Stopper or a standard 6.5 rubber stopper.

Glass carboys can be preferred to plastic buckets and plastic carboys because they do not scratch easily and do not break down over time. If handled carefully, a glass carboy will last decades while giving the same great performance for fermentations.

Our packaging experts have worked hard to create the best packaging and handling methods for glass carboys, so that this product arrives safe and sound.

A 6 gallon carboy and a 5 gallon carboy are also available.

There isn't much to it, I ordered a 3-gallon glass carboy and received a 3-gallon glass carboy. No complaints.

I'm a small batch brewer and I really like these for brewing.. They use a cover for the first stage, accept a rubber stopper for air lock and have a cap for clearing before bottling.

3 Gallon Carboy

In the winter, my brewing moves indoors and switches from all grain to malt brewing. The 3 gallon size works very well to brew on a stovetop. It’s also lighter, making handling easy.
