4-7° L. This Munich malt from Belgium is unique - it has the malty fullness of German Munich malt, but displays brighter flavors and less bready notes. Think honey and sweet cream. Can be used for up to 100% of the mash, but has relatively low diastatic power, and should be supplemented when used with unmalted adjuncts.

I keep getting reminders to review, in this case, a few pounds of Munich malt. I haven't used it yet. But I only buy from these guys so what better recommendation? I'm hoarding grain since crop yields going forward is looking dismal and I'm kind of a prepper so, beer grain is my #1 concern. I split 50lb bags into 2, 5 gal. mylar bags. I'm rambling 'cause I'm enjoying my 3rd magical cold one and I want these dudes to leave me alone but I like 'em so here's the review. Ya'll rock !!
