Golden Light Malt Extract Syrup is made from pale malt with a small amount of CaraPils, which results in a very light color and excellent head retention capabilities.

Our most popular and versatile malt syrup, Briess Gold provides a well-rounded flavor and full body. It is the first choice for British and American pale ales, IPAs, and much more. Approximately 4.0º Lovibond, 1.036 ppg.

I received the wrong item and it took over 1 month to receive the correct item. I have received 0 credit for shipping costs and wrong item sent. Overall would not recommend Northern Brewer to anyone.

got use to the convenience of 6 lb LME bottles but realized I should try the "growler" size. Granted it is heavier, but careful transfer into a used (but cleaned) 6 lb container is easier than I originally thought.
