Briess Gold Malt Extract Syrup - 32 lb Growler

When my normal ice cream "malt" flavor provider stopped their line, I had to find a new concoction. The Briess variety is almost like a "caramel" and thus a bit more difficult to work with, but it provides the same flavor profile that my Chocolate Malt flavor demands. Strong malt flavors cuts through our heavy cream based ice cream.

I received the wrong item and it took over 1 month to receive the correct item. I have received 0 credit for shipping costs and wrong item sent. Overall would not recommend Northern Brewer to anyone.

got use to the convenience of 6 lb LME bottles but realized I should try the "growler" size. Granted it is heavier, but careful transfer into a used (but cleaned) 6 lb container is easier than I originally thought.

Great product, nice to have a large container available to use any amount you want, with a better price than the smaller containers
