Beer, Braggot, or Mead

Consistently makes for great drinks. Been ordering it for years, and don't worry if it comes firm or crystalized, it's natural and just needs to be warmed up.

Back sweetner

I used the honey to back sweeten some mead. The flavor of the honey is unique and superior to most other common types. It is worth paying up for such a purpose. It is still fairly reasonably priced. My bottle was a little grainy but I let it sit is some hot water and just fine.

Orange Blossom Honey: Worth It!

I have been sampling and enjoying honey for fifty years. Northern Brewer's orange blossom is the best I ever tasted. That includes honey in North America, Europe east to west, and the middle east. The flavor is rich and complex, without overwhelming the taste buds. Although I am not a brewer, I can vouch that this honey is delicious in herbal, black, or green tea, on a piece of bread and butter, and as an ingredient in baked goods. Like me, you may find it a little pricey, but my first taste proved it well worth the small investment required.
