Craft Hard Apple Cider Recipe Kit - Mangrove Jack’s
The Craft Hard Apple Cider recipe kit from Mangrove Jack’s has the taste of delicious orchard apples, light and crisp with a juicy apple bite. This traditional style hard apple cider can be served still, or with carbonation to make a refreshingly spritzy drink.
Served lightly carbonated, cider pairs exceptionally well with food. Fresh cheese, leafy greens, seafood morsels and anything slow-cooked, smoked or barbecued will perfectly complement the boozy apple nectar of fall.
Each of Mangrove Jack’s cider varieties has been formulated with only the freshest and best quality fruit which is then pressed and concentrated using state of the art evaporators, and then cold filled into a pouch. All this effort we go to ensures that the natural flavor of the fruit is preserved, giving you cider which is fresh, crisp and especially good on a hot summer's day.
If you don't like apples, just remember a cider a day also keeps the doctor away.
Note: 2 lbs of Dextrose is required for proper fermentation. Other sugars, like brown sugar, can be used.
Includes: A complimentary packet of Mangrove Jack's M02 Dry Cider Yeast located inside the kit.

My daughter and I did this kit. It was amazing! Very crisp and very fruity fun to drink everybody likes it.
I have used these Cider kits twice, very easy and super tasty!
This was my first batch of cider ever. It came out great. I only used half of the sweetener packet, but it's still pretty sweet. If you want a really dry cider, skip it altogether. I would buy it again.
It was a synch to brew. Took me less than 2 hours but could be less.....I’m a bit picky and slow. The instructions could be simplified. Although, easy to follow and a seasoned brewer will make adjustments where they see fit. I look forward to tasting the Cider in roughly 10 days. It’s in FULL fermentation mode now.
