Great Candi Syrup

Worked like a charm and tastes great. Will use again in all my stouts.

Belgian Candy Syrup

It's fermenting now, but my attempt at a Belgian Quad sure smelled good and the candy syrup was easy to use, dissolved nicely in the wort, and tasted good enough to put on pancakes. Fingers crossed it will turn out well. Northern Brewer is an excellent place to purchase ingredients from, they are friendly knowledgeable, prices are good and they seem to always have everything you could want in stock.

Great stuff

Used it in a very simple Belgian Dark Strong. Lots of those dark fruit and complex spice notes that you'd expect.

Candi syrup

We used the syrup in a Northy 12 brew. Ten of us brewed and combined all in a bourbon barrel. It will sit for at least a year. We took the Wee Heavy made last year from the same barrel. It is an excellent sipping beer.
