Lemondrop Saison Extract Beer Recipe Kit
It's time to meet your new warm-weather squeeze -- a clean, classic saison with a refreshing citrusy twist. Treat your taste buds to Lemondrop Saison. Like so many perfect pairings, this recipe unites two halves to achieve a greatness neither could ever reach on their own. Like peanut butter and jelly. Mac and cheese. Hall & Oates.
Pronounced flavors of lemon, melon and herbal undertones make Lemondrop hops a natural fit for the fruity esters and spicy phenolics inherent to the classic Saison style. Pouring with perfect synergy, Lemondop Saison shines a deep golden color, with moderate bitterness, a dry finish and an astounding depth of flavor. Bright, complex and absolutely quenchable, quaffable? We mean you will thoroughly enjoy drinking it. Preferably on a porch swing. Be sure to ferment this recipe on the warm side to ensure full flavor development and enjoy it while the sun shines.

Excellent kit, great ingredients and wonderful beer!
I’m a big fan of this style of beer and this kit did not disappoint. Clear and crisp with that typical saison flavor!
Just as the many other reviews, you won't be disappointed. Fresh, crisp and refreshing. Great afternoon drink once all the yard work is complete, or my neighbor comes to raid my stash of these fine lemondrops. During 2nd stage I added a lemon peel for the extra kick, came out great
Might have to try brewing this beer again. Turned out good but not great but I suspect that is brewer error. I would recommend fermenting at the lower end of the stated fermentation temp to avoid a strong alcohol-forward flavor. I also added the peel of 1 lemon to secondary for about a week and I think that added some extra lemon flavor that I enjoy
