Julius is one of Mighty Axe Hops’ house varieties. Minnesota grown Julius is an aroma hop powerhouse bursting with ripe, sweet orange, mandarin and peach flavors. Local Minnesota breweries are flaunting these flavors in hazy IPAs. Through the influence of Minnesota’s soils and growing climate, known as terroir, plus Mighty Axe Hops’ custom harvesting practices Julius is transformed Cascade that brews clean modern, aroma forward IPAs, juicy hazy pale ales, or as a burst of fruit on top of a sour. Minnesota Julius

I used this as flavor/aroma hops in an amber ale. The beer turned out to be very nice, and the hops worked as expected.

Orangey

These smell like fresh oranges. Made a delicious pale with them adding them late and dry hopping too.

Latest Order

The last order was a total success! Mailed in two separate packages with my liquid yeast coming first and in a temp controlled package. All other quality ingredients came the next day, intact and as promised.
NB is my go to and has yet to be anything less than awesome.
