Mosaic all grain recipe easy to brew.

First time brewing Mosaic all grain. It was easy to brew and gravities came out exactly as promoted. Strong citrus odor and flavors. I like to try new brews so I made this. However, not my favorite, but very drinkable. Everyone has their own favorite.

Great recipe

I really enjoy how this recipe came out. I use a BIAB approach and it has some wonderful fruity notes in the aroma and flavor - and definitely came out strong - 8.8%! Good stuff.

Best IPA Yet

Best IPA I've brewed yet. Excellent taste, great balance overall. Came in at 8.1%, kegged a week and a half ago, and now the only problem I have is trying not to drink too much of it at once. I plan on sharing with some friends this weekend to get their opinion. Will definitely brew again.
