Brewmaster Brad's Notes: "Obi Ron's Wheat is a perfect beer for the spring and summer months, but it goes down just as nicely any time of year. Brewed with nearly 50% white wheat and a dash of light crystal malt, the malt flavors are quite prominent and serve as a perfect backdrop for a modest hop charge. The choice of liquid yeast pairings works wonderfully to accentuate hop flavor with a heightened fermentation derived ester profile, and a small Centennial dry hop step serves to really round out the aroma."

Great Brew

First time I’ve brewed this recipe kit. Is everything and more than I hoped it would be.! Great taste and absolutely refreshing! Highly recommend this one!

Bitter 4 Wheat

I brewed according to all instructions and used the Omega yeast with fast pitch. Still getting the hang of fast pitch. Am I supposed to pour all 32 oz + into the wort? (I do).

The beer came out very tasty with a hoppy nose. The OG & ABV were higher than expected. Doesn’t seem like an issue to me.

This is probably a great beer for most folks. Like an IPA light or a flowery pale ale. I know I’m in the minority but I prefer my beers a little less bitter. Thus the 4 rating. I knew what I was getting into with the dry hopping but did it anyway. I do love the aroma and I’ll drink the whole batch.
