Omega Yeast 004 West Coast I (2 pack)

Used a starter, and in 24 hours was looking great. Added to my wort, and it got right to work!

The beer is not done fermenting yet, but the yeast worked perfectly/better than ones I have tried in the past.

Easy to use. Did use both. A lot of action for 8 days. Next batch will also order the “fast pitch” kit with canned wort. To get the most from my yeast

Received on time. Brewed it up quickly and then it was gone.

Excellent action on my Peanut Butter Cup Stout kit. I will use Omega yeast whenever offered!
