Used it in secondary to make an Orval clone. Bottled it after 2 weeks of secondary and it’s currently aging. First bottle I tried tasted great with a nice Brett flavor very close to a young Orval! Just need to tune up the carb/foam as Orval is a highly effervescent beer and I’m not quite there yet.
