Omega Yeast OYL-014 British Ale VII

Creates ales with huge malt character, yet ferments to dryness to produce perfectly balanced beers. You will notice a slight nuttiness coupled with stone-fruit esters. This strain is a great choice for cask ales, bitters, brown ales, and stout. High flocculation produces bright beers without the need for fining or filtration.

*NOTE:*During summer months, we include complimentary ice packs with all liquid yeast orders. However, it is difficult to guarantee that the ice packs will stay frozen given transit times and particularly hot temperatures. For this reason, we recommend ordering dry yeast during summer months.
