Oxygenation Kit 2.0
It's really simple. Yeast needs oxygen. Sure, you can shake that carboy or bucket of wort, but there's only so much oxygen you can get into wort using air alone. The Oxygenation Kit 2.0 is much quicker and easier than agitation. Give your yeast the oxygen they need to start fermentation fast and finish strong. Includes 16" aeration wand with 0.5 micron tip, tubing, and oxygen regulator.
Effortlessly infuse wort with pure oxygen in less than a minute, maximizing the level of dissolved oxygen to dramatically decrease lag time and yield vastly improved yeast attenuation. Equipped with a 16" aeration wand, the Oxygenation Kit 2.0 ensures oxygen infusion into even the deepest pockets of your fermentor.
While beneficial for all brews, oxygenation is as important as yeast pitching rate for high-gravity beers and lagers. Provide the yeast with an optimal fermentation environment to ensure they produce the optimal brew.
Needed but not included: A disposable oxygen tank, available at any hardware store.
The system comes with a valve to attach to an oxygen tank, tubing, and a 16" aeration wand tipped with a stainless steel 0.5 micron air stone. Tubing is secured to the wand by a herbie clamp to ensure a tight fit.

This product works as described but I've used it a couple times and didn't really notice any appreciable difference in my yeast activity. My REAL problem is the oxygen bottles we get at our local hardware store (I assume everyone gets the same). I’ve bought a couple of these…they are expensive and seem to leak/empty before my next brew day. I only get a single use out of the bottle. Not really worth the expense. There are other more economical options - Not sure I’ll every use this again unfortunately.
Easy and fast to use. Like it alot!
I have used it once so far and gave my wort a quick shot of O2 for a German Alt style. Fermentation started right away and was vigorous.
I would often just take advantage of gravity and let my wort splash as it fell into my fermenter. This method worked for the most part, but it was kind of hit-or-miss, depending on the beer and yeast. I have not missed a FG target since I bought this oxygenation kit, and in most cases active fermentation is done within a few days to a week, even for a high-gravity beer like a double IPA I made. Great product, no issues yet with the regulator or other pieces of the assembly. I only wish there was something included that could house or easily clamp over the diffusion stone other than the little plastic bag they give you to protect it... I'm always afraid I'll fumble around with the bag and accidentally touch the diffusion stone and clog it all up.
My yeast have been taking off quicker and stronger since using this product. Just get a small tank of oxygen from the hardware store, screw on the tank, and go. Super easy and super effective.
