Product details

It's really simple. Yeast needs oxygen. Sure, you can shake that carboy or bucket of wort, but there's only so much oxygen you can get into wort using air alone. The Oxygenation Kit 2.0 is much quicker and easier than agitation. Give your yeast the oxygen they need to start fermentation fast and finish strong. Includes 16" aeration wand with 0.5 micron tip, tubing, and oxygen regulator.

Effortlessly infuse wort with pure oxygen in less than a minute, maximizing the level of dissolved oxygen to dramatically decrease lag time and yield vastly improved yeast attenuation. Equipped with a 16" aeration wand, the Oxygenation Kit 2.0 ensures oxygen infusion into even the deepest pockets of your fermentor.

While beneficial for all brews, oxygenation is as important as yeast pitching rate for high-gravity beers and lagers. Provide the yeast with an optimal fermentation environment to ensure they produce the optimal brew.

Seems to work fine

Don't sanitize the lines as the ball in the gauge gets stuck from the moisture. The regulator makes a standard small tank top heavy but absent that the process of adding oxygen seems to have improved the fermentation results greatly.

Game Changer

No matter how much rocking of the fermenter I ever did in the past gave the yeast the love they needed. Just attach an oxygen tank (fairly inexpensive disposable ones are available at Lowe’s and other hardware shops) to your Oxygenation Kit 2.0 and your fermentation process will be off to a great start!

What a difference

Since I started using the Oxygenation Kit 2.0, my lag time is almost nonexistent and my attenuation rate has gone up. Clearly my yeast are happier and more efficient. I have not had a single stuck fermentation since I started using it and my FG is lower. Well worth it for better beer. On brew day I always boil some water to top off with if necessary so it goes into the boiling water to sanitize, then into star san until ready to use. After I oxygenate, I pitch my yeast starter and rinse my Erlenmeyer flask and then I put the wand into the flask with PBW. Rinse and air dry... ready for next time.

Oxygenation Kit

Really happy with the results on the first batch I did with this setup. Only bad thing is the valve is really tight and I can't unscrew it from the O2 bottle. It was a little tight putting it on, but other than that I'm pretty happy with it.
