Nice White Wine

Very nice flavor with a good touch of frutiness. Made about 5.25 instead of 6 gal and added 8 oz of sugar to boost alcohol to about 13%. Also put on 0.5 oz of French oak cubes for a month for little more oak. Will definitely make again.

Pinot Grigio kits

I make 99% of my beers and wine from scratch after 40 years of brewing. Previous to that, while growing up , I watched and helped my Italian immigrant grandfather, Emilio, make 100 gallons of red wine a year.

Rarely purchasing “kits “, I do break down and buy the Pinot Grigio six gallon kit every January.
Why?? Because of the simplicity and the quality. Like my Italian grandfather, I give 90+% of what I brew away to friends and family who just rave about it. Everyone who tries the Pinot Grigio just loves it.
