Grape Skins and toasted oak add firm, structured tannins and hints of coffee and vanilla for a long, satisfying finish that will improve with age.

We have made this kit three or four times and it has turned out great every time...always a favorite at family gatherings!

Great Cab

I have bottled this wine, and it is now starting to age. It's quite good already, but I expect it will just get better over the next several months.

Best Wine

This wine is excellent just add 2 lbs of sugar and a big box of raisins, and then add in the yeast. Follow the rest of the directions. This will come out very tasty and Strong. My favorite, Australian Cabernet Sauvignon Wine Kit
