“Steady as she GOSE"

I made a Key Lime Sour beer using the Philly Sour yeast for 2 days on the wort, then I boiled the beer and added hops. Then I fermented for 2 weeks with BE-134 yeast, and bottle conditioned for 3 weeks. The beer is fantastic, and I will be brewing this beer many times in the future. Cheers

This yeast worked great. Hydrated before pitching into 6 gal. wort. Fermentation, attenuation, and results were perfect.

Great flavor!

Great flavor and delicious beer! 10/10! Would recommend to a friend. I chose to serve mine on tap and after some carbonation adjustment it turned our great!
