Great Yeast!

Used this yeast for a Marzen. A little slow to start but finished a 5 gal. Batch in about a week at 56 deg F. Nice clean finish with no phenolic.

SafLager w34-70

Worked great, didn’t have time to do starter but it took off quickly just adding to the wort. Fermented at 50-55 degrees, vigorous fermentation first week or so before it settled down. Would use again.

SafLager yeast

We hydrated this yeast with fast pitch on a stir plate for 24 hours and it performed perfectly!
