All went well with the brewing and fermentation until the fermentation stopped at a specific gravity of 1.020. I added yeast energizer with no effect so re-yeasted yesterday using Fastpitch and fresh yeast. I checked it a short while ago and there appears to be fresh activity. I drank the draw I pulled for the specific gravity test. It tasted pretty good. Can't wait try it after bottling and conditioning.
