Simcoe hops are dual purpose hops that are known for their earthy pine characteristics. Simcoe are high-alpha hops that are used for both bittering and aroma.

Cryo Hops® utilizes the most innovative technology in cryogenic processing where whole-leaf hops are separated into concentrated lupulin and bract at extremely low temperatures to preserve the essential oils and resins. The result is an enticing LupuLN2® hop pellet that doubles the hop potency by 40-50% of traditional hop pellets for the same weight. I prefer cryoHops since the reduce the amount of plant material more than just by half. The pellets nicely dissolve in the wort.
Used in whirlpool and dry hop.

I love these hops. They are a must for IPAs. I use them in my house IPA. Pine and passionfruit from these beauties. Highly recommend for low temp additions or if you prefer dry hopping.
