De-bittered black and chocolate malts yield a pronounced - but not harsh - roast grain quality, while lactose (an unfermentable milk-based sugar) yields a rich sweetness and creamy mouthfeel. Great flavor and easy instructions.

This is my second beer and first 5 gallon batch. I'm limited to a 3 gal boil currently but I know the beer could be even better full boil and not diluted at the end. I added a bottle of LorAnn oils Marshmallow to the bottling sugar and it turned out great.

Sweet! The taste and flavors grow with every sip.
