Radical Red More Like a Brown

Third all grain brew and turned out great, just not what I was expecting. This brew is has an SRM of 36ish, with medium intensity in both flavor and aroma more reminiscent of an American brown ale. American-style brown with medium hop flavor and surprisingly creamer head. I would definitely brew again.

Rookie Red

I brewed this with my brother in-law and a friend who had never brewed before. Hence the name Rookie Red. I am an old time all grain brewer who usually finds my own recipes and purchases all the parts. This was my first all grain kit from Northern Brewer and it was fantastic. The directions were easy to follow and the beer has been awesome. Highly recommended!!!
