Wyeast 2206 Bavarian Lager strain is used by many German breweries to produce rich, full-bodied, malty beers. Good choice for Bocks and Dopplebocks. Apparent attenuation: 73-77%. Flocculation: medium. Optimum temp: 46°-56° F

NOTE: During summer months, we include complimentary ice packs with all liquid yeast orders. However, it is difficult to guarantee that the ice packs will stay frozen given transit times and particularly hot temperatures. For this reason, we recommend ordering dry yeast during summer months.

Good for my maibock

Used it for a German style Maibock with an OG of 1.075. I made a starter with it first and it seemed to ferment just fine.

Great Lager Yeast

Fermented this around 60F in my basement. Fermented out super clean. No sulphuric smell at all like most lager strains. Will be using again.

WTF?

I actually ordered a bunch of grain, DME, hops etc., to make my own beer in these perilous times, so I am not sure why you want me to comment on two packages of yeast? It came, it worked, I will order again. Anything else?
