I prefer Wyeast products always reliable.
This stuff worked great. Very fast and easy to use.
Seems to lack body and flavor is not as well developed as I had hoped for. I'll give it another try just to eliminate human (my) error. :-)
Agreed with other reviewers, this was a fast acting yeast. Primary on an oatmeal stout was finished in a scant 7 days and the finished product turned out great.
I used it in a scotch ale and was very happy with all aspects of the fermentation. I will definitely use it again.
