Oktoberfest All Grain Beer Recipe Kit
This famous German style is stronger than an everyday lager and is the fuel for Oktoberfest celebrations all over the world. The original pre-industrial Oktoberfest was called Märzenbier, brewed at the end of the brewing season in the spring to be lagered in caves all summer for fall and harvest festivities. Our kit will give you a full-bodied and elegant red-amber beer with a subdued German noble hop bitterness and complex malty profile that great all year round.
Due to the high starting gravity of this kit, we recommend pitching multiple packs of yeast or preparing a yeast starter for best results.

Easy instructions to follow, beer turned out divine. One little enhancement-- would have been helpful to have a bit more detail on the fermentation and lagering times and temperatures. I had to research some of my old brews and books to figure out what to do.
My first homebrewed lager. It turned out very nice. Brewed with Saflager W-34/70 in low 60'sF and it came out clean and crisp. Subtle hops bittering with a bready, toasty, malt forward flavor. Very satisfying! Will definitely brew this one again.
Straight forward recipe. Brewed the batch early last month and moved it into the fridge to Lager. Looking forward to trying the finished beer in September!
First lager I put in my cooler to condition.
It tastes great. Will get this one again
Everything was great. Order was prompt and complete.
