Northern Brewer has the freshest and largest variety of Liquid Malt Extract offered in the homebrew market. The extraction process provides a concentrated malt sugar which allows you to skip the mash step and saves time during the brewing process. Our LME offerings have many different sizes that allow for multiple brew sizes and utilization.
Our LME is often still warm when it arrives from the maltster. Our partnership with Briess, a family-owned malt business with 140+ years of malting experience, allows us to buy in bulk. And because our customers love to brew, we're able to replace it with weekly deliveries.
