Bootleg Biology BBFKL Franconian Keller Lager Yeast - Beta Limited Release
Product details
Franconian Keller Lager (FKL) *BETA*
This tantalizing lager culture has never before been released commercially. A subtly rich and malty backbone balances out the surprisingly crisp finish and accentuates any traditional German lager style. Emphasizes noble hop aroma and bitterness for maximum crispness. Embrace the nuance of an unrefined, lightly sulfured and hazy lager by packaging and serving after primary fermentation.
Ferment at traditional lager ferm temperatures 50F-55F (10C-13C) for 2-6 weeks with a diacetyl rest before crashing or additional lagering.
