Honey Kolsch All Grain Beer Recipe Kit

Always one of the best brews of the year. Crisp, clear and fresh. Recipe couldn’t be any easier also.

This is an excellent session beer. I could easily drink too many of these. I don't have the actual number in front of me, but i got above 5.5 % ABV. I definitely plan to make it again!

I don’t know if it’s because of the wheat yeast or if I received a bad package of yeast, but this one came out pretty funky smelling & tasting. This might be the first batch I’ll have to dump in about a decade. Probably won’t brew this kit again.

One smooth drinking beer. Everyone has enjoyed it. Will definitely brew it again.

All components delivered as expected. I’m still learning. I chose this one as a lighter flavored beer to test my skills. I hit a higher OG pre-boil almost to the point that I could have skipped the pound of honey. But I added it and adjusted to target OG with extra water. Primary only for 4 weeks at 60F. Tasted bottles at one week and it is good. Can’t say I taste any honey despite also priming with honey. I would buy again to keep practicing.
