Product details

An international exclusive, introducing the first-ever 1 gallon winemaking starter kit, complete with premium grape concentrate from world-class vineyards.

Great things come in small packages. Without experience or anything but a passion for wine, you can make top notch, cellar-worthy wine in your kitchen. Master Vintner combines essential equipment that's easy to use with expert instruction that's easy to follow. You'll walk through the essentials of winemaking with exclusive techniques from world-class winemaker Tim Vandergrift.

You don't need time, either. Great wine takes a matter of minutes to make, and then only the patience to let it ferment and mature into perfection. Prep a Cabernet for fermentation while you make dinner, or a pinot noir in the minutes before you head for work in the morning.

We've broken down the process for complex, beautiful wines into simple steps that ensure success, with a minimal investment of precious time.

Small batch Chardonnay

Overall great. My yield was off. Only made about 4 bottles worth but that may have been my error. Flavors were good and excellent clarity. The wine had a bit of a bite to it but I think it will mellow out after a couple months in the bottle. It would be very helpful if the primary fermenter came pre-marked with a 1 gallon mark.

Wine starter kit

Great way to start a new hobby. Easy instructions. The anticipation of it fermenting. The constant checking and watching of your new hobby to start the next steps, all to bottling and then tasting and maybe blending to your taste, is a hoot!
I recommend you to try, you will not regret it.

Wine kit, tastes great, needs better instructions

Hello, I've completed the wine-making process using your kit, and the result is very tasty! I was surprised at the complex flavors achieved in only a few weeks. The only reason for the lack of 5 stars is the instructions. Video instructions don't work for everyone, and the written instructions provided were minimal and insufficient for the brewing process. I would really prefer detailed instructions on paper as some other brewing companies provide.

Quality Equipment, Kit Instructions Need Improvement

Just botted the fruits of the Moscato kit last weekend. The equipment all seems good quality and has worked well for racking and moving. There were a couple points in the instructions for the wine that needed clarification. The sanitizer and cleaner that came in the kit both say on the packaging that you don't need to rinse afterwards but the instructions for the wine kit say to rinse. Make sure you do your research before you start, and save your sanitizer to use at multiple stages.
