Petite Saison d'Ete All Grain Beer Recipe Kit
This session-strength Saison of summer pours tawny-gold and perfumes the air with tangy yeast and pungent hop aromas. The flavor is lightly earthy with spicy, flowery hops and a grain-and-bread malt character; caramel malt dukes it out with Saaz and Styrian Goldings through the middle before a palate-cleansingly dry finish.

I've made this a few times and it is wonderful. I like to drink it very cold on a hot day. Everyone I have given this to loves it too. It's a nice refreshing beer with a good balance of bitterness and flavor with a relatively low ABV%. A nice break from heavy IPAs or sweet Hazies that are all the craze.
This is the second time I've brewed this treat of an ale. It is a great session ale for Spring and Summer and has gotten great reviews. Try naturally carbonating with orange blossom honey for a slight twist and bit of honey on the nose. Very good recipe!
Light refreshing crisp and ready in a month. Easy to make and ready for the summertime holidays
